Ozon says offers electronics brought under parallel imports

MOSCOW, Jun 23 (PRIME) -- Russian marketplace Ozon offers smartphones, computers, and other electronic devices shipped to the country under parallel imports, a company spokesperson told PRIME on Thursday.

“We have already started selling popular brands of electronics, including smartphones, computers, and their components brought under the parallel imports mechanism,” the spokesperson said.

Media reported earlier that retailer Svyaznoy started bringing Samsung and iPhone smartphones into the country via parallel imports channels.
